At Tru Beauty Lounge, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment:
1. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
2. Late Arrivals
- We understand that delays can happen. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, especially during busy periods.
3. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment.
- Clients displaying symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment to ensure the health and safety of our staff and other clients.
- Liability Disclaimer: Tru Beauty Lounge is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from services provided if health conditions were not disclosed at the time of booking or prior to the service.
4. Service Satisfaction
- We encourage clients to communicate their preferences and expectations clearly before and during the service. Our technicians are trained to make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
- If you are not satisfied with the service received, please notify the technician immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns before you leave the salon.
5. Complimentary Adjustments
- If you are unhappy with the service, we offer complimentary adjustments within 24 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments are made at the discretion of the management and are subject to the availability of the technician.
6. No Refund Policy
- All services provided are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the result.
7. Prepaid Services and Packages
- Payments made for prepaid services, packages, or gift cards are non-refundable. These can be transferred to another individual or used for a different service if communicated in advance.
8. Product Purchases
- All retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products once they have been opened or used.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- Tru Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is excessively dissatisfied, abusive, or behaves inappropriately towards staff or other clients.
10. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please keep your valuables secure.
11. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details collected (such as name, contact information, and health details) are used solely for appointment scheduling and providing services.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
12. Liability
- While we take all necessary precautions, Tru Beauty Lounge is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
